Troubleshooting

  1. I can't see the log-in page on my screen.
  2. I have updated my browser and I still cannot see the log-in page, what now?
  3. I can see the log-in page but I have got a message, "Invalid Access Details."
  4. I can see the log in page but I have got a message, "Your username has been suspended."
  5. I am keying everything in correctly but I still can't get logged in.
  6. A message appears on my screen, "The security certificate was issued by a company that is not trusted."
